I thought you might be interested to know that the State Bar's Environmental Law Section sponsored an initiative over three years ago to get the Rules of Court changed to permit two-sided briefs to be filed in California courts.  In addition, the Section is greening its Conference at Yosemite (we're purchasing an offset through carbonfund.org) and the theme of this year's conference is climate change and there are 6 separate programs.  Quite a change form the panel you participated on several years ago.

Nice stuff... tough to keep track of all that is happening. I end up reading 100 odd blogs daily. Plus there is news. You could also enrich your blog by adding current news on your blog... try out the news widget from widgetmate.com
